Erinn came to both my sister’s house and my house to do an inspection (pro bono) to assess and tell us if he had any structural damage. He did a thorough inspection and told us everything was fine and we did not have structural damage and in addition, gave us some free advice about minor work the house needed. During August September of 2020 Alpha performed an excellent job of Structural Reinforcement- Soft Story Retrofitting (Installation of New Cantilevered Column Support Systems). We were fortunate to work with such a high-caliber company and its outstanding team. They were referred to us by our neighbor who had just finished their soft-story for their building and was very happy with them. Specifically, Mr. James Chantler and the team were outstanding including the following gentlemen, Elmer, Moses, and Carlos who did the work as well as Kasandra from the office. We want to Thank Alpha Structural, Inc. Sunland Office for the Professional job they did on our home. Antonio and Lorenzo did an outstanding, fast & clean job. They respected our home/yard and were extremely respectful with us as this was at the start of the COVID outbreak. The machines they used were very loud & powerful for the work that needed to be done, however, they were very considerate to the amount of noise they were imposing on us, other than the machine noise, we didn't even know they were here working on our property. We know it's been a while since they did this job (1 year ago this month), however, they left such an impression on us that needed to do this!
